After making a few of my own opening sequences I was feeling inspired create one with a distinctive mood to it. I wanted to make something with an eery and creepy vibe. I made up my own story that I would based it on. I settled on the idea of people going to a mysterious lake and never returning. From this I knew I wanted to symbolize the lake, death and spooky feel in some way. I decided on using plain footage of water so it hinted that the story was based around a lake. To show death and a spookiness I decided to use skulls throughout my video. I used a girl's face as well to indicate that she was the first person to be reported missing after visiting the lake.
While editing I learnt how to green screen images and blend images with the background of your video.
